Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of the Leira backup & restore application for Shopify (the “App”) and leira.app (the “Site”), provided by Navid Asgharzadeh, 147 71 Grödinge, Sweden (“Leira”, “we”, “us”). By installing or using the App you agree to these Terms.

1. The service

Leira backs up supported Shopify store configuration data and lets you restore it. Supported and excluded data are described on our Coverage page and shown in the App. We do not back up orders or customers.

2. No completeness guarantee

Leira is a safety tool, not a guarantee. We never claim a “complete backup.” While we verify backups and make restores reversible, you are responsible for confirming that the coverage meets your needs, and for maintaining your own records where appropriate. The App is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

3. Accounts & eligibility

You must have authority to install apps on the Shopify store you connect and to permit Leira to process that store's data.

4. Billing

Paid plans are billed through Shopify's billing system under the plan you select. Prices are as shown on our Pricing page. Your price is grandfathered — it does not change for as long as you remain subscribed to that plan. Trials, cancellations and refunds are handled per Shopify's billing terms and your Shopify admin.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the App, interfere with its operation, attempt to access data you are not authorised to access, or use it to violate any law or third-party right.

6. Data & privacy

Our handling of data is described in the Privacy Policy and Data Processing terms, which form part of these Terms.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Leira is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits, revenue or data. Our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the App is limited to the amounts you paid us for the App in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

8. Termination

You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms. On uninstall, your data is deleted as described in the Privacy Policy.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms; continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be reflected by the date above.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Sweden, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules, and the courts of Sweden have exclusive jurisdiction, unless mandatory consumer-protection law provides otherwise.
